1990年初頭よりの世界経済低迷に際し、タイ労働省は予てより協議を進捗させて参りました日本国への外国人研修生事業に取り組み、1994年3月末日に日本国の窓口である財団法人国際研修機構（JITCO）とタイ王国労働社会福祉省、雇用局（DOE）の間で初めてR / D調印と言う経緯に至りました.

弊社は労働者海外派遣業務の実績から1998年、ロ本国への研修生、実習生派遣ライセンスをDOEより発給を受けております.
